We also automatically log basic technical information — such as your IP address and timestamp — for spam prevention and rate limiting.
2. How we use information
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to protect the form from abuse (spam and automated submissions). We do not sell personal information to third parties.
3. Third-party processing
Contact form submissions are transmitted through a transactional email provider (currently configured for Resend) to deliver your message to our inbox. That provider processes message content solely to deliver the email on our behalf.
4. Data retention
Messages sent through this form are retained in our mailbox for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and document the inquiry. Rate-limiting data is held in short-lived, in-memory storage and is not retained long-term.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you’ve submitted to us by emailing info@bayerntech.online.
